• Some small updates to the RMT rates starting January 1, 2026 ( 30min-$80, 45min-$100, 60min-$120, 75min $150, 90min $180)

• Direct billing available for Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife and Insurers under Telus Health eClaims. If you are covered under another provider, receipts are provided that will allow you to submit to your insurer/extended medical benefits for your massage therapy coverage. Please let the therapist know ahead of time if you have any direct billing requests as it does take some time to set up.

• The RMT is set up for MSP and is “hard opt out”, patient’s pay in full but can use their receipts to submit to their Medical Services Plan on their own behalf, for their coverage.

• Please note the RMT is not set up to take on WCB and ICBC patients. If your appointment is WCB (WorkSafe BC) or ICBC related please cancel your appointment.

• 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the missed appointment time. If you are sick please contact the therapist to cancel.

• Payment is due on the day of service, all outstanding balances must be paid to book future appointments.

NEW PATIENT’S PLEASE NOTE: The office is located on the top floor of a multilevel building. The entrance for upstairs is located at the far end of the parking lot at the north end of the building.
