• Direct billing available for Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife, Greensheild, SSQ, MEDIC construction, Empire Life and insurers under Telus Health eClaims. If you are covered under another provider, receipts are provided that will allow you to submit to your insurer/extended benefits plan. Please let the therapist know ahead of time if you would like to be set up for direct billing.

• Please note, the RMT is not set up to take on Work safe BC patients, if you are ICBC you will need to go through your adjuster for your coverage.

• MSP patient’s can use their receipts to submit to their Medical Services Plan for their coverage. Link: reimbursement request form

• 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the missed appointment time. If you are sick please contact the therapist to cancel.

• Payment is due on the day of service following your appointment, all outstanding balances must be paid in order to book future appointments.

NEW PATIENT’S PLEASE NOTE: The office is located on the top floor of a multilevel building. The entrance for upstairs is located at the far end of the parking lot at the north end of the building.
