• Open Monday to Thursday 9:00am to 3:00pm.

• 24 hours notice is required for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. Patients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or miss their appointment will be charged a fee of 50% of the missed appointment time. If you are sick please contact the therapist to cancel.

• Payment is due on the day of service, all outstanding balances must be paid to book future appointments.

• Direct billing available for Pacific Blue Cross, Sunlife and Insurers under Telus Health eClaims. If you are covered under another provider, receipts are provided that will allow you to submit to your insurer/extended medical benefits for your massage therapy coverage.

• Please note the RMT is not set up to take on WCB and ICBC patients. If your appointment is WCB or ICBC related please cancel your appointment. If you have any direct billing requests please notify the therapist before your appointment.

• The RMT is set up for MSP and is “hard opt out”, patient’s pay in full but can use their receipts to submit to their Medical Services Plan on their own behalf, for their coverage.

NEW PATIENT’S PLEASE NOTE: The office is located on the top floor in unit #9 of a multilevel building. The entry for upstairs is located at the far end of the parking lot, around the corner and at the north end of the building.
